De nieuwste gezondheidsapp op je smartphone? Of beter een activity tracker rond je pols? Of is een klassieke stappenteller toch meer te vertrouwen? Hier vind je een overzicht van de verschillende methoden om stappen te tellen. Met de voor- en nadelen van elk instrument. Je komt bovendien te weten of het instrument al wetenschappelijk getest en goedgekeurd is op het vlak van betrouwbaarheid.
